Refund Policy for Bhartiya Institute of Occult Science

At Bhartiya Institute of Occult Science, we are committed to providing quality education and services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Digital Products and Online Courses:
   

   • Due to the nature of online courses, no refunds will be provided once access has been granted.

2. Multiple Payments:
   

   • In the event of multiple payments made for the same registration, the excess amount will be refunded within 24 hours of notification.

3. Course Cancellations by the Institute:
   

   • If the institute cancels a course before it begins, students are entitled to a full refund or may opt to transfer their enrollment to another course.

4. No-Show or Partial Attendance:
   

   • Students who fail to attend or partially attend the course without prior intimation are not eligible for any refund.

5. Refund Request Procedure:
   

   • To request a refund, please email us at contact@bivs.com with your full name, course details, and reason for the request.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.
