Payment Policy

All payments made towards admissions, certification programs, workshops, seminars, webinars, consultations, and training programs are processed through secure payment gateways.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• UPI
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Net Banking
• Razorpay
• PayPal, where applicable
• Other authorized payment partners

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

A refund request will only be considered if it is submitted within 7 days of the enrollment/payment date.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-15 business days, subject to successful verification and provided that:

• LMS or student portal access has not been activated.
• Course materials, notes, or recordings have not been accessed or downloaded.
• The student has not attended any live class, webinar, workshop, mentoring session, consultation, or orientation.
• The certification or admission process has not been initiated.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• LMS/student portal access has been provided.
• Any live or recorded class/session has been attended.
• Study materials have been downloaded or accessed.
• The enrollment was made under a scholarship, promotional offer, discount campaign, early-bird offer, or any special pricing.
• More than 7 days have elapsed from the date of payment.
• The student voluntarily discontinues the course after commencement.

Course Cancellation by Student

If a student requests cancellation within the eligible refund period and satisfies all refund eligibility conditions, the approved refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7-15 business days after verification by the institute.

Batch Cancellation or Rescheduling by BIVS

In the event that Bhartiya Institute of Vedic Science cancels or significantly postpones a scheduled batch, enrolled students may choose one of the following options:

• Transfer to the next available batch.
• Transfer to an equivalent course of equal value, subject to availability.
• Receive a refund, where applicable, as determined by the institute.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, students must send a written request through the institute's official email address along with the following details:

• Full Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Registered Email Address
• Course Name
• Payment Receipt or Transaction ID
• Reason for Refund Request

All refund requests are reviewed by the institute management, and the final decision shall be communicated after verification.

Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but the amount is debited from the student's bank account, the amount will generally be reversed automatically by the payment gateway or bank.

If the reversal is not completed, students should contact the institute with the transaction details. Verified refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.

Transaction Security

All online payments are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways to ensure the confidentiality and security of financial information.

Intellectual Property

All course content, study materials, PDFs, presentations, videos, recorded lectures, assessments, assignments, certificates, trademarks, and other educational resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Bhartiya Institute of Vedic Science.

Unauthorized copying, recording, downloading, distribution, sharing, resale, reproduction, or commercial use of any institute material is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary and legal action.

Policy Amendments

Bhartiya Institute of Vedic Science reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official website or other official communication channels.
