Our Service:

Our service includes a range of content covering Astrology, Numerology, Palmistry, Vastu, and Tarot Card Reading, all rooted in Indian “Vedic” principles. This content is based on horoscopes generated from birth databases or user-provided information, following the tenets of Indian “Vedic” studies. By accessing our services, users agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Description of Services:

This site delivers content via the World Wide Web and/or email in readable/viewable formats. Information provided by users, termed “Registration Data” in these Terms and Conditions, must be accurate and complete when filling out any application, admission, registration, or software form. User-entered personal details are presumed correct unless proven otherwise.

We do not collect or store user registration data obtained through various software on our server. However, if a user sends us registration data via email, we treat it as confidential. Only authorized personnel including website staff, employees, founders, management team members, and faculty have access to this information. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.

When users submit queries or information, we may forward them to our astrologers for reports. Different astrologers may offer varying predictions or viewpoints on the same user request, resulting in differing reports.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application or request without explanation. In such cases, we are not obligated to disclose the reasons for rejection.

(A) Online Content Service:

Demo Class:-

  1. It is the individual’s responsibility if they are unable to attend the demo class, regardless of the circumstances.
  2. The fee structure and promotional offers disclosed during the demo session are valid only for the duration specified at the time of the session. Any offers must be availed within this timeframe to be applicable.
  3. If the attendee fails to avail of the offers within the specified duration, the original or full fees for the course will apply. This policy applies to all attendees, whether they attended the demo session or not.
  4. Disruptive behaviour such as noise-making, disturbing others, using abusive language, etc., is strictly prohibited during the demo session.
  5. Disruptive behaviour such as making noise, disturbing others, using abusive language, or otherwise creating a nuisance is strictly prohibited during the demo session. Attendees are expected to maintain decorum at all times.
  6. The demo session serves as the sole introductory class for all courses offered by the Institute. Personal demo sessions or attending the first class under the guise of a demo are not permitted.
  7. The demo session is completely free of charge; no fees are required to attend.
  8. Offers presented during the demo session are contingent upon the attendee adhering to all rules and regulations communicated by the Institute’s management team. Failure to comply with these may render any offers obtained during registration null and void, with no claim allowed.
  9. Exchanging contact information during the demo session, which is against Institute policy, is the responsibility of the individuals involved, not the Institute.
  10. The Institute, its Chairman, or staff members are not liable for any incidents involving attendees or their relatives during the demo session.
  11. Suggestions or advice provided by the Chairman or Institute during the demo session represent personal opinions. Attendees retain the freedom to select any course based on their preferences and interests.

Registration: –

1) Registration amount for the one level of any of the courses is Rs 5000 only and for taking admission in the institute the person is supposed to register for the particular course he/she is interested in through paying Rs 5000 for each level. After the registration amount is paid the institute instantly starts many processes which can be considered as the admission process, so once the registration amount for the particular course is paid the registration amount is neither refundable nor adjustable under any circumstance with any of the other courses taught in the Institute.

2) Before registration for any of the courses, the person is suggested and supposed to read each and every point mentioned in the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the disclaimer and the refund policy carefully. And once the registration is done it is considered that the person has already read each and every point mentioned in the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the disclaimer and the refund policy carefully.

3) Once the registration for any of the courses is done, the student is considered to be the family member of the Institute, therefore the student is abiding by the rules and regulations conveyed by the Institute and the student must respect, follow and obey the rules and regulations conveyed by the Institute.

4) Once the person registers for any of the courses he/she has to provide the screenshot of the transaction done by him/her.

5) Admission is considered successful only when the registration amount is credited to the Institute’s account. If the amount is deducted from the person’s side and not credited to the Institute’s account is not considered to be the successful registration as the registration amount is not credited to the Institute’s account, and importantly the Institute is not at all responsible for the amount deducted from the person’s account.

6) If the person does the registration on the behalf of the his/her relative then also all the points mentioned in the, terms and conditions, privacy policy, disclaimer and refund policy will prevail and the person doing registration on the behalf of his/her relative will have to follow all the rules and regulations mentioned in the, terms and conditions, privacy policy, disclaimer and refund policy.

7) The confirmation mail of the registration done by the student through making the registration amount paid will be provided to the student in the next 48 hours of the registration time.

8) Once the registration amount is paid then the student /person who has paid the registration amount will be given batches for a maximum period of 6 months from the date of registration, and in case the person/student does not opt for any of the batch allotted to them in the duration of 6 months then after the 6 months the student/person will have to pay the increased fees of the course for opting the course in which he/she has enrolled.

9) After Registration/Admission, in case, the classes do not start within 3 months from the date of your Registration/Admission, then the fees shall be refunded without any interest, but in case, if the student does not join the class even after getting information regarding the commencement of the classes, then the fees will not be refunded and adjustable under any circumstances.

10) After the registration process gets completed through making registration fees for the course opted by the person, the person has to fill the admission form available over the Institute’s website i.e., bivs.in and submit all the necessary documents asked to be submitted in the admission form, and it is highly recommended that the person filling up the admission form must read all the points carefully mentioned in terms and conditions, privacy policy, disclaimer and refund policy before accepting the terms and conditions available in the admission form, and if the person accept the terms and conditions during filling up the admission form, it is considered that the person/student has carefully read all the points mention in terms and conditions, privacy policy, disclaimer and refund policy by the Institute/management.

11) After the registration is done successfully, the person needs to fill the admission form within 72 hours of registration and if the person could not fill the admission form within 72 hours, then his/her registration will not be considered to be valid.

12) Admission form will be filled by the person himself/herself, if the person finds any problem while filling the form then he/she can ask the institute’s management team to help you out but the person filling the admission form is completely responsible for filling the form within 72 hours of registration.

13) The admission will be invalid or will not be considered successful if the details provided by the student/person are false or incorrect, and even in this case the registration amount is neither refundable nor adjustable in any other courses or services rendered by the Institute.

14) When a batch of students begins their studies, the curriculum or subjects that are in effect at that particular time will be followed and considered valid. This means that the content being taught and studied during the batch’s start will be what matters, rather than what was outlined during the registration process. This ensures that students are taught according to the most current and up-to-date syllabus when they actually begin their studies.

Admission: –

1) After the admission gets completed by filling up the admission form successfully, and once the batch gets created by the management for the particular course in which the student/person has enrolled, the student/person will be contacted through call, or e-mail or WhatsApp, or text message for making payment of the rest amount of the fees of that particular course, and the student/person has to make the fees cleared before the 48 hours of the commencement of the particular batch, and if the student/person does not clear or pay the remaining fees of the particular course in which he/she has enrolled, then the seats in that particular batch will be allotted to the other students/person who will pay or clear the fees. In short, the batches are provided on the first come first serve basis (here the first come means the person/student who has cleared the full fees of the course for the particular batch).

2) Registration amount paid by the student/person is to be minus from the total fees of the particular course in which the person/student has enrolled, so once the person/student gets informed to enroll in the particular batch, he/she has to pay the total remaining amount of the particular course. (Total fee minus registration fee)

3) If the student/person gets enrolled for any of the course on the behalf of his/her company then he/she must provide his/her company name along with GST details of the company at the time of registration and he/she must inform the management through e-mail only that he/she is enrolling for the course on the behalf of his/her company. And, if the person/student fails to do so he/she cannot demand for the bill in the name of his/her company.

4) The Institute is responsible for the completion of the syllabus mentioned only in the syllabus section over the Institute’s website. It’s completely up to the institute whether the faculty or the Institute wants to teach the topics outside the syllabus mentioned over the Institute’s website or not.

5) No interest on registration fees will be given by the institute.

6) If you enroll in an additional service course, you can expect to receive the benefits of completing the course within a period of 180 days of course completion. If for any reason you don’t receive these benefits within that time frame, you’re advised to get in touch with the office. This can be done through email or by contacting the office directly. This policy emphasizes that the organization is committed to providing the services associated with the course within a reasonable time period.

Important Information:-

1) Notes are provided in single language only, either in English or Hindi which is asked to the student. So, If a student demands the notes in any different language which earlier he/she did not opt for then Rs 10,000 exclusive of GST is charged for the notes in different language.

2) Examination Details if your course level is-

        Certificate in Astrology, Diploma in Astrology, Diploma in Vastu, Diploma in Numerology, Diploma in Palmistry, Diploma in Graphology

If any of these:-

  • Your Course level exam will be held on the 4th day after the last class. (That is, if the last class is on Sunday, the exam will be on Wednesday. But if that day is January 26, August 15, or October 2, then it will be on the next day. Keep in mind that you have to fill the form to agree to take the exam two days before this day.
  • If due to any reason one is unable to attend the examination, he/she will be given another examination date by the teacher/examination department in the class itself after the start of the next level. If anyone is not present in that class for any reason then he/she will be informed through any one of the following means: Email/WhatsApp/Call.
  • If you are still unable to attend the examination for any reason, you will have to fill an online application form, deposit the examination fee of Rs 1180/- (Including GST), attach a copy of that fee slip and send an email to info@Bivs.com. Then the exam date will be informed as soon as possible through email/WhatsApp

3) Examination Details if your course level is- 

        Tarot, Master in Astrology, Master in Vastu, Master in Numerology, Master in Palmistry, Master in Graphology

If any of these:-

  • The exam date of your course level will be given by the teacher/examination department in the class itself on the day of the second last/last class. If anyone is not present in that class for any reason then he/she will be informed through any one of the following means: Email/WhatsApp/Call.
  • If you are still unable to attend the examination for any reason, you will have to fill an online application form, deposit the examination fee of Rs 1180/- (Including GST), attach a copy of that fee slip and send an email to info@Bivs.com.

 . Then the exam date will be informed as soon as possible through email/WhatsApp.

Rules and Regulations:-

Following rules must be followed by the students who has enrolled for any of the course in the institute:

1) Students are prohibited from sharing their personal contact numbers with other students, including batchmates and other members of the institute.

2) The institute offers group chat and facilitates subject or doubt discussions through its dedicated application, accessible on both Android and iOS platforms.

3) Students are strictly prohibited from sharing personal data such as phone numbers, email addresses, or any other contact information that could enable direct communication. This includes the application chat, course discussion sections, public forums, or live classes (via vocal or online platform chat). Violation of this rule will result in immediate dismissal or blocking from the class and application, with denial of access to all other facilities and opportunities. This policy is in place to uphold the privacy of every student and is informed by past negative experiences encountered by the Institute/management, prompting this decisive action.

4) It is strictly prohibited for any student to request or attempt to obtain personal information, including phone numbers, email addresses, or any other means of direct contact with fellow students. Violation of this rule will result in immediate dismissal or blocking from both the class and the application. Additionally, the student may be denied access to all other institute facilities and opportunities as a consequence of such behavior. This policy underscores our commitment to maintaining the privacy and safety of all students, reflecting lessons learned from past incidents that have prompted these stringent measures.

5) Students are not allowed to use abusive words or any other words which may make other students feel bad, and in this case if the student is found guilty by the Institute/Management then he/she will be dismissed or blocked from the class and also from the application or all other facilities and opportunities will be denied or both. And, Institute/management will have the final say in this case.

6) Students are strictly prohibited from recording classes or capturing screenshots. In the event that a student is found in violation of this rule and their access is subsequently blocked by the application, they are required to send an apology email to the institute. The institute/management will then make a final determination regarding the reinstatement of the student’s access. It is the student’s sole responsibility to manage any missed classes resulting from the blockage. Should the management opt to restore the student’s access and a repeat offense occurs, the student will incur a fine of Rs10,000 + GST and must provide a formal apology letter. Only after fulfilling these conditions will their account be considered for reinstatement. This policy underscores the institute’s commitment to safeguarding class integrity and upholding disciplinary standards.

7) Students are required to maintain respectful behavior towards faculty, management, and the Chairman. Any student found guilty of misconduct in this regard will face immediate dismissal or blocking from the class and application. Furthermore, access to all other institute facilities and opportunities may also be denied as a consequence of such behavior. This policy emphasizes the institute’s commitment to fostering a respectful and conducive learning environment for all.

8) Revision classes are offered to students who have completed all levels of a specific course by paying an additional fee for that course.

9) If a student has initially enrolled for all levels of a course but discontinues after completing the first level due to personal reasons, they can request revision classes for the first level or any subsequent levels upon deciding to continue. However, to access these revision classes, the student must have settled the fees for the next level of the course. This policy ensures that students can seamlessly resume their studies while maintaining financial commitments required for ongoing course progression.

10) Students pay fees for live online interactive classes not for the recordings of the class, but institute has provided the recorded session on the application so that students and revise and if any student miss the live class they can watch the recorded session, but in case due to some technical issue the recording of the class is not provided on the application then student cannot demand for the recording and the money back.

11) Once the fee is paid to the institute by the student and in case the student does not attend the class without informing the institute/management, in that case the institute is not responsible for refunding their fees, and the student cannot demand a refund.

12) Students who have been enrolled in the APP to take class, will take only those classes and if students are found giving access to some other person then they will be banned from taking the class.

13) If the Institute updates its terms and conditions in the future, then the students will follow those terms and conditions.

14) In case Students want to change their batch or a revision for the entire course, then it is compulsory to pay 50% fees of that particular level.

15) It is compulsory to have 75% attendance; then, only students will be allowed to sit in the examination. 

16) In case of any disagreement or conflict, any resolution or legal proceedings related to the dispute will exclusively occur in a court based in Delhi. This stipulation specifies that all legal actions, hearings, or discussions concerning the dispute must take place within a Delhi court and not in any other jurisdiction. This ensures that all aspects of the disagreement are centralized and addressed consistently within a specific legal jurisdiction.

17) The one who is attending the convocation will have 50% marks for getting the medal in the Convocation ceremony and if you do not attend then the medal will be given to the person below you.

18) Internal assessment is not equivalent to written and viva examination, it just shows the completion of the course. 

Certificate:

Upon completion of their course, students are presented with two options to obtain their certificate. The first option entails receiving it during the annual convocation, typically scheduled for March or April, though subject to potential adjustments based on circumstances. Alternatively, students may choose to expedite the process by requesting an electronic copy via email from the Institute. For those preferring a physical hardcopy delivered to their residence, it is essential to note that courier delivery charges will apply.
