Refund Policy for Bhartiya Institute of Occult Science

1. Non-Refundable Fees

   • Registration Fee: Fully non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.

2. Refundable Admission/Enrollment Fee

   • If the Institute does not start classes within three (3) months of your registration/admission date, you may request a full refund of the Admission/Enrollment Fee (excluding the Registration Fee).

   • No interest will be paid on the refunded amount.

3. Forfeiture of Fees

   • If classes are delayed beyond three months but you choose not to join after being formally notified of the new start date, the Admission/Enrollment Fee is retained by the Institute.

   • Once classes have officially commenced (even if you don’t attend), no refund of the Admission/Enrollment Fee is allowed.

   • Fees remain non-refundable if you voluntarily withdraw or are dismissed for disciplinary reasons.

4. Refund Request Procedure

   • Submit a written request to admissions@bivs.com within 10 business days after it becomes clear that the Course cannot start within three months. Include your name, enrollment number, Course title, registration date, and reason for the request.

   • Upon approval, refunds are processed (via your original payment method) within 30 calendar days. Any bank or transaction charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

   • Medical Emergencies: With valid medical documentation, you may request a partial refund or course credit if classes have already started. Decisions are at the Institute’s discretion.

   • Force Majeure: If events beyond the Institute’s control delay classes beyond three months, you can choose a full refund of the Admission/Enrollment Fee (excluding the Registration Fee) or transfer to a future batch.

6. Policy Updates

   • The Institute may revise this policy at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the Institute’s website or communicated via email. The terms in force at the date of your registration/admission apply to your case.
